Face Charts
Beauty Face Charts
Each of the beauty looks has hint of colour blended though the face . I like the top image with the red lips as this reminds me of the initial research into the colour of the northern lights . The dominant colour does not have to be the only intense colour .
Fantasy Face Charts
I feel each face chart represents the theme however the middle one is the most extreme for a fantasy look . I would contour around the neckline , and into the hair line if this was my final image .
Styling
The styling for the shoots needs to reflect the words and theme of the entire shoot . I want something that will enhance the image but not over power the hair and make up .
2. This is a floaty purple crop top , it has a silky texture to the material which will also reflect light .
3. This is my favourite choice for styling the fantasy image as the hands can be lifted to show the long loose sleeves .
1. This dress leave the neck free form material which I like , however there will be an intense green colour on the arms .
2. This reminds me of authentic Indian dress , it is floaty and shows colours around the face
The nails will be painted in Illamasqua Obsess for the fantasy look .
For the beauty look the nails will be painted in Obsess and Gamma to add a hint of colour to the nails . This will also blend the use of colour around the make up and styling to allow this to be a wearable look .
Products
These are the products that were used in order for my both my looks to be completed . The pigment in the Illamasqua eyeshadows are great, I was able to blend and still leave the intensity of the colour . The only additional product I used was blue glitter .

Sketches
Sketch :
1. Down in 1920's waves , the ends will be backcombed to create a foam effect , the waves will reflect the movement of light .
2. The entire head finger waved with smalls coming out at random
3. Wavy hair that is pull to a side fish tail plait
1. Intense curls, show the explosive nature of the topic
2. Tight thick curls , individually wrapped in gel .
3. Hair intensely curled and back combed the side .

In this image I like how the face has been sculpted by the blusher, I also like the blending of blue to green on the eye lid . The lips are hydrated which allows the upper part of the face to be the focus .

with this Micheal Kors runway beauty make up it was the eyes that grabbed my attention , I would like to recreated the hint of colour in the beauty image without it being over powering .
I also like in these two images that the brows have been left quite natural , the feature brow may be on its way out .

This is an image of current popstar Rita Ora , here the eye has been lined twice once black then once with electric blue. The lip are bold pink, which I like I will be experimenting with bold lips .

I would like my fantasy look to be focused on blending and not to cover the entire face . As my colours of purple and blue are quite strong I would like to use them without causing harsh lines unless for definition.

I like how this image is not symmetrical as I have been researching topics here symmetry is not normal I would like to add this to my final design. I think it adds an element of interest to the image for the audience to question why has it not been done symmetrically and then to see that it benefits the image.

For the fantasy look I would really like to concentrate on the lips and try to continue the story through the face . The images will reflect the northern lights and the reflection through water.
I have created some quick water colour images of how imagine the colour to sit together .
I like how the colours enhance each other but also are bold enough on there own . They also work with deeper shades . I happy with this experiment and will take this onto my face charts .
